Its a new day. We can now process the sale of new or used manufactured homes with a reverse mortgage.
That means that anyone over the age of 62 can get into a manufactured home for less than half the sales price. The older they are, the less they need to pay.
This is going to add a big boost to your industry. In cases where a person owns the land and wants to put a manufactured home on that lot, many times it will simply be paperwork to get that deal done…no money down…no mortgage payments for life.
I am glad to answer any questions you have about the new HUD product line and how it will benefit everyone.
