Building Website for Mobile Home Park

Hi, we own a 150+ unit mobile home park and would love some advice on:

  1. Recommended company for building website? We are looking for basic, not looking to implement any billing or accounting features.
  2. Recommnedations of the types of things to put on website aside from what we think is basic which are
    1. Home Page

    2. Contact us page

    3. Park configuration / layout

    4. available units

    5. Amenities

    6. Blog/ residential quotes

    7. Why choose us/ FAQ,

      etc.

Thanks in advance

We included the park rules, pet rules, no fee online application and maintenance request form. Also the contact page is OK if you in fact actually contact residents when they submit. We included phone numbers to call. We also included links to utilities, cell service, satellite tv providers, chamber of commerce and local tourism board. I wouldn’t do the 'blog’ section. You will be policing random complaints and frustrations with neighbors.

Thank you very much. Good stuff

PERHAPS YOU CAN ALSO HAVE A LINK FOR PEOPLE TO SIGN YOUR LEASES AND DUE DILLIGENCE ON THEM TO QUALIFY THEM AS TENANTS, I.,E, REFERENCES, CREDIT HISTORY, ETC., I can help you with your website. I am very reasonable. I can get you up with a landing page right away (at least) until the site it complete. Also , social media is very powerful too like Instagram and FB and I can help you set those pages up as well. My husband and I just sold a small MHP that he has owned for years, so I am also very familiar with running a park. I’d like to help you launch your site! Reach out to me via email : michele@flowergirlmarketing.com. THANKS!

For a straightforward setup without complex integrations, platforms like Wix or Squarespace are usually your best bet. They are very user-friendly for 150+ unit properties. In addition to your list, I’d suggest adding a ‘Local Area’ section highlighting nearby grocery stores and schools, as that’s a huge selling point for new residents.

Hello, I can help with that if you’re still looking to build a website.

Item #4 is most important. The rest is marketing fluff. You are missing “apply now” and “account login.” #5, #6, & #7 are arguably similar and can be on the same page. not sure residential quotes are very important in the day of social media where your google reviews are more meaningful than hand picked quotes.
