Bring in RV's to increase occupancy?

I learned that a permanently fixed (connected to sewer, etc) RV in a MHP is just as good as a mobile home per Frank at boot camp for help with MHP valuation (as long as there are not too many of them).  My question is what about bringing in a FEW permanent RV’s into your park and selling them via the rent credit system to increase occupancy and saving money over bringing in Mobile Homes?What are your thoughts on this?Thank you,Pat
