We have evaluated various solutions out there including Rent Manager, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc. While they had their strengths, none of them were catering to real estate. Over last few years, we developed a real-estate specific CRM system. It’s called reiance - www.reiance.com
It can keep track of real estate properties on a map, store property information, keep track of deals, projects, etc.
We have been using it very actively to manage our mobile home sales operation. It can be used for park acquisition or other real estate types.
