Quick newbie question, when rehabbing a mobile home for rent to own, does the back door need steps leading up to it? Is it considered a safety hazard otherwise?
Yes, it must have steps. And, in many markets, they need handrails, etc. To confirm this, check your city regulations, state regulations, and talk to your insurance carrier (hopefully Kurt Kelley).
