After a couple years studying and researching mobile home park investing, I am closer to my first investment. I am looking in the $500,000-600,000 range. I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight as to how many hours per week I should expect (both initially and then ongoing once I have a better feel for mobile home park investing) to spend looking after this investment. I have a full-time job and a growing family, so I want to make sure (before going ahead with this initial investment) that I have enough time to devote to be successful in this business.
