We purchased a park in AR.
We are getting a lot of differing information for the state as far as evictions/UD … we have asked the questions of local attorneys and the local Judge and are getting conflicting thoughts. It seems the state is in a transition phase and no one is quite clear on the route to go.
We have park owned homes and have inherited woman and son not paying and in general are problem causers … we served them a 10 day notice and AR has a criminal procedure for not paying rent which we are persuing … BUT some say we can get a writ of posession via the criminal process and others say we cannot and that we need to file a civil suit …
What suggestions do folks have or experience in the state that we could glean some direction?
