I am interested in bidding on some of the communities in the upcoming ARC auction but have some concerns on financing the deal as all deposits on succesful bids will be 10% and non refundable, could be painful… I recently purchased a park in Fl and used La Salle Bank, we were 60 days in before they gave a loan commitment and I have outstanding credit, income and assets… anyone know of more helpful lenders with good rates?
