- My attorney says to file a UCC1 when they sign the promissory note. He also says to give the buyer a bill of sale when they sign it as well. Even if they haven’t paid off the home, is this correct?
- Do they need to get the homes registered in their name even if they haven’t paid it off?
- I also have paid for insurance on these homes, do I need to be billing back this cost? Should they get their own insurance?
