We are looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help us with Rent Manager and tasks and to help field calls after hours. Has anyone used Anequim?

Rather than using your own VA through an agency, you can use our management office. We own and operate manufactured home communities and are experts in the space. Here are some of the services we can offer for probably less than Anequim would charge:

Bookkeeping - we reconcile all accounts, close books, and preparate financial statements.

Accounts Receivable - we manage the collections and ensure that every penny goes to your bank account and is tracked in your Rent Manager (or ours). We can extend our Zego account to you so tenants can pay online, by check or money order, or cash at over 20,000 locations.

Accounts Payable - we put al invoices in our Rent Manager, code the bills, and process the payments. You can provide approval if you wish.

Customer Service - You phone calls, text message, or emails are routed to our team to answer questions related to service tickets, account inquiries, or to route the calls to your employees, if desired.

Marketing - we can market and advertise your homes for you.

Sales and Leasing - we answer all inbound questions, review tenant applications, schedule home showings, and prepare lease documents.

We only manage manufactured home communities and do not provide general VA services, so I believe we can offer a great alternative to Anequim. Of course all of these services can be tailored depending on how much involvement you prefer to have.

You can check Upwork. It is not a mobile home-specific platform, but you can find professionals of all kinds there. You must have a good filtering process tho.
