I have a turnaround park of 41 spaces under contract but I am unable to stay in the area as I had planned to.
There are currently 24 trailers of which 4 need to be parted out and removed. Of the 20 left there are 16 renters of which 12 - 14 are paying regularly an avg. of $235 per month. The empty trailers need work to bring them up to rental standards.
There is one lot rent of $150 being paid.
