Any information on HUD's participation in Florida Mobile Home Parks - TIC?

I’d like to learn some more about how HUD is achieving or can achieve its mission in bringing more people into homeownership through means of Tenants in Common ownership. In particular I’d be interested to hear any stories about opportunities in selling off a park in Florida (I think the tenants must be given the first opportunity to purchase the park by restricting anyone outside the mobile home community to make an offer for a period of time). Any information or posts would be appreciated.
