I am interested in investing in MHP in the USA, any advice or tips? Also, how would you go about managing it being located outside the USA? Can it be done remotely?

If you’re outside the USA, remote management is possible, especially if you build a good local team (property manager, handyman, legal/tax support). Many investors also use third-party management companies until they build experience.
