Hello all. I’ve got a 70 occupied 10 cap at sale with a 25-30 rent raise to follow. My question is I offered a friend to jv on the deal w me. He puts up 200k for 1/3 share. I put up 50 and manage. Property is 1.4 million. City w/s. Good metro. Thoughts?
