I’ve got a contract offer on the table, but the seller doesn’t want to pay for the ALTA survey. A couple of questions for the experienced people here,

  1. What is a good ballpark cost for MHP survey?

  2. Is it needed since this will be seller financed?

  3. Does a title company usually require a survey?
