I am looking for an aggressive lender to finance buyers of used homes in my Texas park. Typical clientele has good job history, adequate income, not so good credit. I know it’s the universal problem.

It will be a difficult to find a lender to finance park owned homes in your MHP. I would look at refinancing your park with the park owned homes through Clayton Bank & Trust and offer seller financing on the MH’s.
