Does anybody own a park with an aerated septic system?
Based on my limited knowledge/research it seems similar to a wastewater treatment plant. Is it the same thing? Am I correct in that assessment? How do environmental protection agencies view these in relation to a WWTP? If anybody has experience with these, would you please share your experience and ways to tackle due diligence?
Thanks!
Do you mean aerobic septic? WWTP is usually a big community setup, and septic is very different (and much easier to inspect).
I own an aerobic system. Like a regular septic only with a few motors and some floating media that need to be inspected yearly (in my case). Slightly more expensive than a regular system with the inspection and electricity but just include that in your underwriting. Otherwise, that’s how I’d treat it.
