Is it advisable to have our own website for marketing our homes in our area? We are advertising in The Peddler and placing “Rent-to-Own” signs in strategic places. Also, is there any specific web-hosting service you would recommend?

Any and all replies are most appreciated. I hope that some day, when I am more familiar with the M/H business, I will be able to contribute to the forum.

Have you tried placemat advertising in local restaurants? It’s usually very cheap and the exposure is fantastic. This is when new mats are being done for Spring so your timing is perfect.
