I am seeking feedback from those of you who are currently offering mh’s for sale in your park.
I have an 84 space park in mid-Missouri, in our town we don’t have craigslist, but we do have a local service that is the mainstay of local classified ads. This local service has a counter of hits on each ad. When placing an ad, I must select a category: Real Estate, or Rentals.
If the same ad (MH for sale with a $525 payment) is placed in both categories, The Rental ad (you can own for same price as renting) will garner 300% more hits (60per day vs. 20), and the overwhelming majority of my calls begin with the question
