First post here but am a huge fan of Frank and Dave.
I am actively purchasing MHPs in Eastern, NC. Just closed on our 7th MHP and are now up to 232pads. While my buy box is predominantly heavy value add, we will take a look at any and every deal. Prefer 20pad min; however, if it is within 45min drive of one in my portfolio we will take a look. Infrastructure wise we prefer public utilities but half of our parks are on private septic. We have one with wells. We are exclusively in NC at this point but have begun to broaden the search as far South as Savannah, GA.
Would be super interested in getting connected with any owners/brokers/investors even if they may not have park/deal yet. I eat, drink, and sleep MHPs so would love share the vision on our side and hear about yours.
