Acting a rental agent for one of my tenants

One of my tenants owns 5 MHs in my park and he wants my park manager to act as his rental agent.

How is the best way to do this? Should I have him sublease his MHs or should I rent to his tenants and then work out some arrangement for him to pay me my lot rent? How are evictions handled in a case like this?
