Hello, this is my first post, and I would like to thank all for the wealth of knowledge provided on this forum. I want to start a mobile home park. I own about 7 acres outside of Houston, Texas that is growing. Can someone recommend a resouce about starting a park by scratch? I am trying to come up with up front costs. Most information I come across is taking over existing parks and due diligence. My plan is to expand as more residents move in. Moreover, not clear the whole parcel. I found a park with similar shape parcel and I am going to mimic the layout. Please excuse the naivety, I am learning as quickly as I can.
