Why do those parks have such a low occupancy rate? Are they new?

Hi,

Here are the reasons for the low occupancy for each park:

Sulphur, Louisiana MHP
Lack of advertising by current owner. He wants to retire and doesn’t want to put much energy in marketing.

Cameron, Louisiana RVPs
These parks are located near major industrial projects that have been used for workforce housing in the past. At that time every park in the area was at fully capacity.

When construction projects were completed, the parks became vacant. The construction projects are scheduled to start early next year. The projects are expected to last 5 years.

Iberville Parish, Louisiana RVP
Same reasons for low occupancy as Cameron Parish RVPs. Industrial projects are expected to start next year.
