I love to tell people I own a mobile home community! If they have any sort of open mind they will ask questions about the business and then I can talk about it honestly and intelligently. If I get the “oh, really” response with the raised eyebrows, I simply tell them every story they have ever heard about such places is absolutely true and leave them scratching their heads. Probably no people I would have enjoyed knowing anyway.
