In my park the majority are park owned homes and older models. The central units are getting old and costly to repair on these units. Rents are being driven lower due to housing overbuild and loss of local jobs. A new central unit in my area is about $2,000 (installed) and this expense won’t float and keep my ROI in-line. I am thinking about going to window units with air and heat combined. Any thoughts or recommendations welcome.
