I have been checking out the major brokerage sites with no luck. Anyone has any off market deals or can point me in the right direction? Much appreciated
It will take work to find off market deals - send post cards, emails, and make cold calls to park owners. You’ll need to find a list of parks or create your own. Find the parks on that list that fit your buying criteria and target them. It’s not easy and takes time. If you haven’t gone to the boot camp I highly suggest that you go. You’ll learn some of Frank and Dave’s methods to finding off market deals.
