Just came across the website Crexi last night. Is this site similar to Loopnet? Can anyone tell me about it?
I could be mistaken, but I believe this is a Clearinghouse for bank owned repos. I believe it is backed by one or more of the big Banks brokering Wall Street Bond asset-backed commercial mortgage-backed bonds that have repos in their portfolio… This is how they dump them.

Yes it’s like LoopNet but provides the information directly to the broker when you view the information you will notice that you will get contacted immediatedly when you review a listing. It’s just another resource.
