Please help I need to replace my water lines. Can anyone give me advice on what pipe materials they recommend, PVC, copper, etc. My lines are leaking constantly and they need to be replaced. Is there a way to do it without a massive cost. I contacted a excavator that said an licensed engineer needs to draw up a plan, the city needs to approve and state needs to issue a permit to do. He said a licensed plumber and asphalt man are needed to after he rips up the streets. Help any advice isn’t there a shortcut. Help any ideas please?
