Update Survey done recently?

I have a park under contract.

Is a survey done within the last 3 years sufficient or should I have it updated?

The lender and title company will accept the survey.

I would leave it alone unless there are big deviations you see on the ground at the property. Make sure the title company doesn’t have any odd exclusions on the policy related to it being an aged survey.
