I am new to this forum and I have a question about turning a mobile home park into a condominum property. Has anyone here done this and if so how do I go about it. I have a 36 acre property with 180 lots that I would like to sell individual lots in. I currently have septic tanks and a private water system that I own. I am working on getting a sewage system with a gravity pump to city pipes. The prop is zoned strictly MHP now. Will that have to change?
