I was wondering if anyone had any experience in the Bristow OK market. It is about 30 minutes outside of Tulsa. The park I am looking at has attractive numbers. It also has some park owned vacant properties. The ownership has transferred several times in last several years, so I’d think it to be lack of continuity in management or lack of continuity in management because people are just playing hot potato after having trouble filling.
I have looked at a few parks in Oklahoma and placed many test adds around the area but never seemed to get much traction.
Tulsa is good, but Bristow is just far enough out to not really be Tulsa.
