Transfer station and RV spaces

I am looking at a park that is on “county sewer” but has a transfer station with 4 pumps that are 3 years old. What are the issues that I need to be looking at to adequatlely evaluate the sewer system? The park is in New Mexico. Also there are 7 spaces that were used as RV rental that have 'out of date" utilities to them. Approximately how much does it cost to bring utilities up to date at the space and put in concrete pads?

Thanks in advance

Redundancy (sounds like that is probably covered with 4 pumps), generator with auto transfer switch, auto dialer to notify you if power is lost, pumps fail, or wet well level is high and spares for all critical components. Have it inspected by an electrician, and possibly a plumber.
