Anyone here use and recommend 1800 accountant? Y’all use local accountants or have a referral? I live in a small town in NE and just purchased park with 24 units - wondering whether to go local or experienced national firm.
I believe1-800 Accountant is $1,800 annually, but that includes doing your personal taxes, their accounting software, and basically unlimited access to your “team” of 3 accountants which have varying levels of experience.
