Hello - I’m reaching out to the community to see if any fellow park owners have had luck getting loans from local banks on small mobile home parks; specifically in Texas.
The park is needing a refinance and is located in Dallas, Texas. Seller balloon is coming up in about a year. The park is only 20 lots so we expect the loan principal to be in the neighborhood of only $330k or so.
Any recommendations on specific banks or small loan brokers?
