What happens when someone who lives in a tenant owned home passes away?
The ownership will be managed by the executor of the estate. You need to inform them that they will be responsible for the lot rent and that whomever inherits the home will need to be screened before they will be allowed to move in.
Tell the executor that if it is to be sold any offer must be conditional on park owner approval.

If the person who passed away has no heir, you’ll have to go through the abandonment process. You should check to see if any back taxes are owed since you’ll have to pay those - you may be able to negotiate them down.
