Tenant Bought CFD Home and Left Disaster

Pretty certain the answer is no, but is there any recourse whatsoever if someone abandons a home that’s an absolute disaster, only to move to a home 10 min away? I’m totally fine if it costs me a bit more than dragging it to the dump just because of how infuriating it is. And might help to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

They’re 17 yo son is basically squatting in it right now and apparently it’s roach infested and uninhabitable. I’m scared to even turn the water off since I didn’t get a real notice that they were leaving. On the bright side, I do have their whopping $125 deposit.
