Is there a tendency for senior parks to have lower space rents than family parks?
My assumption is that senior parks are usually 10-20% cheaper because of less demand, but if the park is a well groomed park with amenities like a recreation room with weekly bingo, ect, like a stereotypical high end Florida senior park, they may get higher rents. I’m not sure though. Has anyone noticed tendencies?
