Selling each lot vs. Selling entire park

Is this even possible. Will I be forced to subdivide everything in the park?
Has anyone done this? I am talking about a park worth around $200,000.

You would have to subdivide to sell each lot…no way around that. That is going to be a tall order.

That on top of the fact that lease holders have no desire to own the land.
Better option would be to sell entire community to tenants as co-op assuming they are B grade or better tenants.
