We have a park in Topeka, KS that has ~20 park owned homes that need to be rehabbed. Most are older and in rough condition, although livable. We are seeking help from Lonnie Dealers to buy the homes, rehab them and fill them with residents. Homes must be kept in the park and new residents must meet our screening criteria. We seek a modest price for the homes and will consider giving a break on 1-3 months of lot rent.
