Is there anyone here who owns an rv park only. Not mhp with rv’s. Do they have master metered electric in their rv park or individually metered? How do you handle the billing?
We have a master meter electric which the park pays, then we submeter each individual RV site and charge the customer on monthly bill. The local MHP have the same setup, this varies by city and county depending on whether your electric utility is willing to bill direct for each site.
