Thanks Frank. When you say, “You can’t buy this deal without a phase 1. You are not going to get a phase 1 in a week. You also need a survey and title work,” Do you mean I can’t or I shouldn’t. Since we would be paying all cash who would require these? Does the title company? Obviously we would want to make sure our deed to the land was legit and that would require the title company. Can you elaborate more?
