We are under contract with a park in San Antonio. Can anyone recommend a plumber and electrician to inspect the water, sewer, and electric lines in San Antonio? What is the typical cost for the report?
The cost will depend on the size of the park and the amount of time they spend there. Those guys can charge around $80 or so per hour. You may be able to negotiate flat fee. You’re plumber will likely charge you by the hour and a fee for the camera to inspect the sewer lines. You can always Google a plumber and electrician as well.
