Does anyone charge pets fees for tenants who own their own homes? We charge a $25/mo fee to tenants who are purchasing homes from us but once they own the home we have been dropping the fee. I wonder if others do the same or if not, what would be the rationale for continuing the fee?
We do a pet deposit for POH but not TOH. What is the monthly increase supposed to cover for a TOH scenario?
