We are considering placing our Doublewides on separate lots on a permanent foundation in order to make the homes eligible for bank financing. Can anyone help us with simple specifications? For example: A perimeter and central slab of reinforced concrete 6 inches thick and 24 inches wide and the home to be bolted to the foundation at 10 points.
