Under contract on a park that had a full time manager/handy man. Has very little POH left but has a nice amount of equipment (mowers, plumbing, storage sheds, tools, office equipment, furniture and supplies all in working order) that comes with the park. We can’t manage from out of state separating this equipment and selling it piece by piece. Who can recommend what types of companies are out there that just buy it all. A little bit is garbage and will throw away but most of it is in good shape.

I agree about putting it on craigslist. Contact a new and upcoming landscaping service and sell it at a discount for them to just take the stuff.
