Park management fee

I’m curious what others are seeing out there for park property management in terms of cost. There aren’t many companies out there and I’m not necessarily looking for a company but I’m more curious what syndicators and funds are charging to manage the day to day operations? I know lots of syndicators charge an asset management fee but do they also charge a 5-10% property management fee? Any insight is helpful.

Yes 5%-10% is accurate for outside management.
