I’ve got an (off market) park under contract that’s too big for me. Anyone interested in the deal?
I’d like some input about what is standard for referral fees. I’d take it down myself but don’t have the finances to do so. This park stands to gain an easy $900k+ in equity day one by way of a lot rent increase to market. Very clean park, near large metro in Nevada. 75+lots, 98% double wide. Nothing to be done but increase the rent.
