My wife and are are looking into buying a mobile home, after doing some research on one we liked it appears to be owned by the county assessor mobile home section. Does that mean there is a lean on it. It’s in a park so we would be renting a space for it. Thank you in advance for any advice or info.
Yes, it likely has a lien on it. There could also be a lien on it from a lender. Call the assessor and ask.
