I just got a park under contract and the park is right on the border of the city line. So on paper it is technically under the county jurisdiction, not the city. It is zone as: “Not Zoned Area”. I looked on the county assessor’s website and called and checked if it was illegal and it is not illegal. So if I were to buy this property will it be a problem for me?
