Just began trying to fill lots. Should be approved for CASH shortly but found this “new” 2011 (never lived in), fully-furnished Hitech 14x64 that I can I could have fully setup and moved for sub $20k. Isn’t this a no brainer or am I missing something? This is my first foray into the actual lot filling side. He sent a video and home looks great. Don’t know much about brand though.
